As part of our FMCG journey, we are looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead our Pan-India sales operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • 15-20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 15+ years in General Trade.
  • Proven track record in managing national sales operations and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Knowledge of the incense industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive national sales strategies and achieve annual targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams for high performance.
  • Develop business plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and efficiency.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and promotional events.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior.
