With a strong presence across India and a growing export market, we continue to combine tradition with innovation. As part of our FMCG journey, we are looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead our Pan-India sales operations.
Candidate Profile:
- 15-20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 15+ years in General Trade.
- Proven track record in managing national sales operations and delivering results.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of the incense industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national sales strategies and achieve annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams for high performance.
- Develop business plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and efficiency.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and promotional events.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior.
