Role overview

The Manager – B2B Sales will lead sales strategies, manage teams, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management in a competitive B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams, setting quotas and monitoring performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.business.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with 2–3 years in a managerial role and proven track record of targets.​
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through negotiation and ongoing support.​
  • Prepare sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.business.
  • Oversee CRM usage, sales pipeline, and deal closures while ensuring compliance.
