The Manager – B2B Sales will lead sales strategies, manage teams, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management in a competitive B2B environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams, setting quotas and monitoring performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.business.
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with 2–3 years in a managerial role and proven track record of targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through negotiation and ongoing support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.business.
- Oversee CRM usage, sales pipeline, and deal closures while ensuring compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
