Shift Timing: 9am to 6pm

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Central Warehouse Incharge to oversee and coordinate physical inventory operations across multiple locations within an assigned territory. This role is intentionally designed without direct ERP stock adjustment access, to preserve data integrity and ensure independent control between physical stock and system records.

The focus will be on conducting physical audits, supervising local warehouse compliance, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring stock reconciliation is carried out accurately and transparently in collaboration with the head office.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise physical stock counts across war

Identify, report, and escalate inventory variances or irregularities to the head office inventory control team.

Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation between physical stock and ERP system data (done by authorized HO personnel).

Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices and proper handling/storage.

Verify stock inward/outward registers, delivery logs, and damage/return notes for accuracy.

Support internal and external stock audits and ensure complete documentation of the counting process.

Submit structured inventory reports with insights and variance justifications.


Why ERP Access Is Restricted for This Role:

To maintain strict internal controls and accountability, this position does not have direct access to perform inventory changes in the ERP system. This restriction is intentional and critical for:

Preventing unauthorized adjustments or data manipulation.

Ensuring a segregation of duties between stock handlers and system users.

Preserving the transparency of physical-to-system reconciliation, which is essential for accurate financial and operational reporting.

All ERP stock changes are done centrally by designated inventory controllers or head office personnel, based on verified physical reports submitted by this role.

Prevent stock loss due to theft, damage, or misreporting.

Maintain trust between ground operations and central management.

Support efficient demand planning and replenishment.

As a Central Warehouse Incharge , your role in identifying and reporting discrepancies objectively, without system alteration rights, strengthens the organization's control environment and reduces risk.
