We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Customer Success Specialist to act as the "face" of our platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product and our users, guiding them from their very first visit all the way to becoming a successful, paid customer. The Role This is the perfect role for a generalist who hates doing the same thing all day. You will own the "front door" of Recooty. One hour you might be closing a deal on a live demo, the next you might be helping a user troubleshoot via chat, or ensuring the quality of jobs posted on our platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth & Inbound Conversion (Sales) Conduct Product Demos: Host engaging video walkthroughs for prospective clients to showcase Recooty’s value, answering questions and tailoring the pitch to their specific hiring needs.Convert Leads: Proactively follow up with inbound trial users to convert them into paid subscribers.Consultative Selling: Acting not just as a salesperson, but as a hiring consultant who helps users understand how to maximize their recruitment ROI. 2. Customer Experience (Support) Live Chat Support: Manage incoming queries via Intercom/Chat tools with speed and empathy. You will be the first line of defense for technical questions and account help.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot user issues efficiently, escalating complex technical bugs to the engineering team when necessary. 3. Platform Quality & Operations Job Approval Management: Review and approve incoming job postings to ensure they meet Recooty’s guidelines. You are the gatekeeper of quality, preventing spam and ensuring a safe marketplace for candidates.Account Verification: Validate new company accounts to maintain platform integrity. 4. Product Feedback Loop Voice of the Customer: Since you talk to users more than anyone else, you will gather feedback, feature requests, and pain points to share with the Product Team to help shape the future of Recooty. What We Are Looking For Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Customer Support, or Account Management.Communication: Exceptional written English (for Chat) and verbal communication skills (for Demos). You can explain complex software simply.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new tools quickly. Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot/Pipedrive) and Support tools (like Intercom/Zendesk) is a huge plus.The "Switch": The ability to switch gears instantly—going from a technical support mindset to a friendly sales mindset without missing a beat.Attention to Detail: Critical for the Job Approval aspect of the role.
