Role Overview: Customer Success Executive We are looking for a confident and mature Customer Success Executive (Day Shift) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication. You will manage inbound leads, understand their needs in detail, and coordinate meetings with the internal team when there is a strong fit. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls and inquiries during the day shift - Conduct detailed requirement discussions with prospects - Qualify and assess the lead based on need, budget, and timeline - Present EngineerBabu's capabilities and success stories clearly - Schedule meetings with the Sales/BA team for qualified leads - Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups - Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth lead handover - Act as the first-level guide to help prospects navigate our services Required Skills - Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success / Inside Sales / Client Coordination - Excellent spoken and written English - Strong communication and listening skills - Ability to understand IT services like App/Web development, AI, APIs, etc. - Good knowledge of customer handling and call etiquettes - Ability to quickly build trust and comfort on calls - Familiarity with CRM tools Work Details - Shift: Day Shift - Job Type: Full-time, In-office (Indore HQ) - Salary: Competitive, based on experience
