**Key Responsibilities**:

- Float **Request for Quotations (RFQs)** to vendors, evaluate received quotes, and issue **Purchase Orders (POs)** based on cost and technical considerations.
- **Expedite POs** to ensure timely delivery, resolve any delays or issues with suppliers, and maintain accurate records of all correspondence and transactions.
- Coordinate between **internal technical teams and vendors** for **fabrication** and **production drawing approvals** related to specific POs and suppliers.
- Monitor **supplier performance**, ensuring that delivery schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Track and follow up on **global sourcing**, **imports and exports**, **customs clearance**, and **freight forwarding** processes to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
- Lead **negotiations** with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, favorable terms, and optimal service levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on procurement needs, timelines, and any changes to requirements.
- Manage **vendor relationships**, address concerns or issues as they arise, and work to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate **risks** in the procurement process, including delays, supplier issues, and cost overruns.
- Ensure the entire procurement process is well-managed, from **PO issuance** to **delivery of goods to the site**.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
