**Position Title : Procurement Associate - Capex Category**

**Reporting to**: Team Lead - Indirect Material Procurement

**Location **:Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
Procurement of Capex category Material as per the plan provided by users and maintain Inventory as per the set norms. He/She will be responsible for the following.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and procurement for CAPEX Procurement (Equipment’s, Utilities and Infra)
- Comparing & Analysing the quotations techno-commercially.
- Finalizing and Issuing the of Orders with cost effective manner.
- Monitoring the Status of the Open Purchase Requisitions.
- Governing the process of converting Open Purchase Requisitions to P.Os with in the stipulated time.
- Continuously monitoring the deliveries for the issued P.Os. And taking immediate actions on the delaying deliveries.
- Monitoring the Payment Status and coordinating for the Payments to be made as per P.O terms
- Monitoring monthly Open PRs, Open POs, Open Advances, Retentions & Savings.
- Monitoring the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Budgets regularly.
- Completely utilizing the CAPEX budgets as per targets.
- Preparing & Monitoring Cash out flow statements as per Open Purchase Requisitions & Open P.O

**Academic Background and Experience**
- Should be Engineering Graduate in any discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement.
- Experience with SAP, MS Office Excel and e-procurement tools.
- Strong Business & Finance acumen.

- Procurement as per plans and adherence to Inventory norms.
- Cost savings as per budget.
- Compliance to GMP, GDP, Statutory & SOX requirements.
