**Job description**
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Convince/encourage clients for site visit.
- Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Analyze client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications.
- Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.
- Coordinate customer site visits.
- Innovative and good convincing skills and building customer relationship.
- Excellent oral communication skills in English, Kannada, Telegu and Tamil.
- Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Should be a target oriented Good in analytical and logical ability.
- Should be a team player and learning spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Should be a passionate, have a positive attitude and being proactive is must.
- Graduation is preferred
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
