**About the Role**:
JR Housing is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hoskote. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping clients find their ideal plots and guiding them through the sales journey from first inquiry to closing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients through field visits, calls, and leads.
- Explain project details, features, and pricing to clients.
- Schedule and conduct site visits at our plotted developments.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales; real estate background is a plus.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and weekend availability.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
