**Preferred Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person or remotely.
- Maintain and update all IT assets inventory.
- Adhere to all confidentiality protocols.
- Support in any other IT tasks and follow directions from IT TL/manager.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written & verbal English communication.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Maintain company and client confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in EST/PST shifts as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
