**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
