Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the US IT staffing market.
- Understand client requirements and promote Vizva’s IT staffing solutions effectively.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Freshers welcome; no prior experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- Eligibility: 3-5 Years of US Staffing Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
