Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage existing clients to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling of services.
  • Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using domestic staffing expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, operations) to deliver high-quality service offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in business development management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of permanent staffing, contract staffing, and domestic staffing markets.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
