**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: PMO Officer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Gurgaon

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives, and develop project plans for L&D initiatives.
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth execution of L&D programs.
- Track and monitor training effectiveness and participant feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support delivery operations by assisting in resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and optimization of processes.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including macros and data manipulation, to automate reporting and analysis tasks.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating technology terminologies for better understanding.
- Assist in project governance activities, including risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.
