**Job Summary**:We are hiring min **2+yrs experienced** **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with proven experience in **LinkedIn outreach** and **Upwork bidding** to generate quality leads for our digital marketing & web development services. Identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and nurturing client relationships from first contact to closure. **Excellent English is MUST**

**Key Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in **digital marketing sales or lead generation**, specifically using **LinkedIn** and **Upwork**.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & web development services (SEO, PPC, SMM, content marketing, WordPress, PHP, ecommerce etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven track record of closing international B2B clients via online platforms.

**Work schedule**: 9am-6pm | Mon - Fri

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
