Lead Generation Specialist

**Job Overview**:
The job focuses on **developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as driving leads, sales, or brand awareness.**Key responsibilities include budget management, performance monitoring, data analysis, campaign optimization, keyword and audience research, and collaboration with creative teams to produce effective ad content.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Development & Management**:Create, plan, and launch paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- **Budget Management**:Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Performance Analysis & Optimization**:Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results and ROI.
- **Audience & Keyword Research**:Conduct keyword and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics.
- **Creative & Content Collaboration**:Work with creative teams to design and develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- **Reporting**:Monitor and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and new platforms.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
