
Lead Generation Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The specialist will be responsible for generating new leads primarily through outbound cold calling. The role involves engaging prospects in meaningful conversations, understanding their business needs, and qualifying them for potential sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, persuasive, and confident in handling B2B client interactions over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through outbound cold calls
- Qualify leads based on specific campaign or service requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly
- Update and manage lead data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation (international process preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Excellent research and data collection skills to identify potential prospects
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Shift Timing:
Australian shift – 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
