**Experience: 2-5 yrs**
**Contract Tenure: 3 months**

**Job Description**:

- Sourcing and screening of profiles for the current and future requirements for various positions of the business units based on job description provided.
- Various HR and Staffing tasks and activities related to the above.
- HR reports and MIS

**Preferred Qualification, Skills & Experience**:

- Graduate degree
- 2+ years of work experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (example: social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, ability to make

independent decisions, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Advanced Excel, Power-Point presentation is a must.
- Basic knowledge in HR Analytics is preferred.
