**Position**: IT Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, technical recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills commonly required in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract] position with competitive compensation and benefits.
