**Designation: Recruitment Executive (WFH)**
**Experience Required**:6 months
- 2 years
**Role**: Individual Contributor Role
**Location**:WFH, India

**Qualifications**:
BBA/BCA/B.Com/MCA/MSc./MBA

**Responsibilities**:

- Research into clients' company
- Understanding and analysing, Job Description
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
- Develop and implement strategies based on client needs
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Build long-term client relationships
- End to End Recruitment Process
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Recruiting, matching and pool management.
- Works with Hiring Managers time and again ensuring the timelines of sourcing are met.
- Successfully recruit talents to work for our clients as per requirement
- Maintain Internal database and up to date recruitment workflow

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Must have 1-2 years of excellent track record in recruiting in IT and Non-IT
- Good Interpersonal, Analytical and Decision-making skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office and Internet Search.
- Extremely good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
- Must have a result-oriented approach

**Other Requirement**:

- Must have laptop/computer with high-speed internet access
