- Need to WORK FROM OFFICE -NOIDA 63
- Handling end to end recruitment process for manufacturing & engineering clients (NON-IT Industries)
- Responsible for complete hiring cycle,i.e, (sourcing, per-screening, head hunting, conducting telephonic/personal interviews, negotiating)
- Would be sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc.
- MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

**Main Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Filling positions for our clients.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

- Graduate with excellent English communication skills with good computer knowledge.
- Working Hours 9.30 to 6.30 PM
- Alternate Saturday Off i.e., 2 & 4 Saturday

**Work Experience And Skills**:
0-1 Year work experience, For Fresher training would be given.

**Skills**
- Must be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referencing.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)

**Competencies**:

- Must have good English communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge and relevant experience in hiring for various NON-IT profiles.

**Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
