Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity.
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to build the organization's employer brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
