About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Domestic Recruiter
to join our team on a contract basis. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring managers, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    for domestic positions across various domains.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Manage candidate engagement and ensure smooth interview-to-joining process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Domestic IT/Non-IT Recruiter
    .
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on targets.
  • Based in
    Noida
    or willing to work onsite.
