Now, we’re expanding our client outreach and looking for a go-getter who can connect with real estate companies and set up high-quality leads for our sales team.

**What You'll Do**:

- Call decision-makers (marketing heads, sales heads, founders) in real estate companies.
- Pitch marketing + tech solutions: branding, digital campaigns, CGI, walkthroughs to real estate developers.
- Qualify prospects based on project stage, marketing needs, and budgets.
- Schedule calls/meetings for the business team with warm leads.
- Maintain lead records in Excel and follow up regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pitch decks, follow-ups, and meetings.

**Who Should Apply**:

- **1-3 years experience in B2B calling / real estate telecalling / agency presales**.
- Confident communicator with fluency in English.
- Must be comfortable talking to mid to senior-level decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Real estate, creative agency, or tech services background is a strong advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
