- Qualification: Graduate, fluent in Hindi and English, Working knowledge of Excel and computer savvy
- Role Description:
- Maintain a customer database
- Maintain data hygiene
- Operate WhatsApp marketing to communicate with database
- sending digital catalogs, videos, reels
- Manage customer queries via the phone/ whatsapp
- Must be a team player and able to work harmoniously with seniors
- Must have a learning attitude and attention to detail
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
