**Job Role: Sales & Customer Service Executive**
Job Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working: Monday to Friday (10Am - 7Pm)
**Role & Responsibilities** - As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for
- **Sales and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalised recommendations to customers.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's products or services to provide accurate information and meet customer needs.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.
- **Customer Data Management**: Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions to assess progress and results.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
