**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the EdTech / real estate sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify customer needs and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our offerings in the EdTech or real estate sectors to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our services and enhance customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- **Training Support**: Assist in onboarding new customers, providing them with necessary training and resources to use our products effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the EdTech or real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
