We are looking for self-motivated, high performance **"Technical Recruiters"** with 3-5 years of experience at our **office in Bangalore**, who will be responsible for the sourcing, technical screening, and successful on-boarding of resources to fill the open positions. You should have an excellent knowledge of the recruitment process & accomplishments. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. - Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. - Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. - Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. - Performing background and reference checks. - Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork. - Forecasting recruitment budgets. **Recruiter Requirements**: Ø 3- 5 years’ experience in end to end recruitment, preferably for IT/Technical roles. Ø Bachelors of Science, B. Tech, B.E., B.C.A., or Human Resources degree. Ø Good understanding of technology and technical skills. Ø Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. Ø Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Ø Should be proficient in word, excel, and outlook and use of ATS. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Recruiting: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
