**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to address personal, academic, and social concerns.
- Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, and interpersonal relationships.
- Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops to enhance student development and success.
- Assess students' needs and create individualized action plans to support their goals and aspirations.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive environment for students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in student counseling and mental health support.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and other school or organization-related events.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of experience in student counseling or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with students.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to student counseling and privacy rights.
- Certification or licensure in counseling or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
