**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on educational programs, career options, and course selection
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support outreach and student success
- Ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to course commencement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify student goals and recommend suitable courses
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (background in Education or Psychology is a plus)
- Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
- **Immediate joiners will be given preference**
