**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage internship programs for students.
- Act as a point of contact for students, providing them with relevant information and guidance about internship opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with students and address their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and program details.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of academic programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on telephone communication.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with academic processes or internship coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software.
