About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents, convert leads into admissions, and help grow our student community. If you love sales, mentoring, and making a difference in students' lives, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents via calls and meetings.
- Effectively present our programs and services to highlight their value.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in institute sales or related field
- Skills: Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, and closing sales, Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Confidence and a go-better attitude
