Position:*Admin/Operations Incharge
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow across all departments.
- Manage office resources, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with various teams to support project delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle vendor management, contracts, and negotiations to ensure the best service and pricing.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
