**Key Responsibilities:1. Office Administration & Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases.
- Ensure office security and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
**2. Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as the point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
**3. Human Resource Support**:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain attendance records and leave tracking.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
**4. Financial & Budget Management**:
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies.
**5. Compliance & Policy Implementation**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
