**Responsibility**

1. Management & update of existing client data

2. Tele calls to generate meetings

3. Develop selling skills & product knowledge to become a sales executive OR a trainer for sales executive on selling skills

**Tasks & activities**
- **1. Management & update of existing client data**:_

Segregating existing client data & contacting those who we have not been in touch with as well as
- **2. Tele calling**:_

a. At least 100 calls or 3hrs per day tele calls to get meetings set up with potential customers.

b. Send leads to respective sales executives and track their meetings & follow up weekly till conclusion of the leads.

c. After first meeting take a feedback call from the one you set it up with
- **3. Develop selling skills & product knowledge**_:

- **4. Sales executive**:_

After being able to set up 20 good meetings a month for 4 months continuously, then accompany a sales manager for filed visit OR Become a sales trainer
