Role : Inside Sales Specialist / Inside Sales Coordinator
How You Will Make An Impact
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Ensuring all leads are professionally qualified by identifying the correct decision makers
and understanding their needs / requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
and closure.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Achieving weekly / monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Work closely with the marketing head to ensure the timely execution of marketing
initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with
overall business goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- 2+ years of Experience with Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and
prospecting.
- Effective use of sales tools and programs, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
