**Fleet Management for North America & Global Mobility for LATAM - Support Officer**
**Shift Timings (India time): 4:30PM to 1:30AM**
**Key areas of accountability/responsibility**
**Fleet Support**
- Central point of contact for DSM lease car eligible, lease car supplier and BG stakeholders
- Manage escalations (responsiveness and service aspect important, high level stakeholders involved)
- Provide advice to P&O fleet policy decision makers
- Assist in new mobility requests / pilots (car sharing)
- Manage the fleet within the DSM requirements (ensure the P&O policy is followed),
- Pro-actively bring opportunities related to DSM values (Safety, Sustainability and/or Costs) to the DSM stakeholders
**Coordination**
- Pro-actively advice on renew, extend or return individual lease cars in consultation with employer/employee
- Coordinate and deliver global and regional HRSS activities for the respective services assigned;
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actions/solutions
- Pool car management - coordinate the pool of cars to new lease car eligible
- Ensure new lease car eligible are forwarded to the leasing company conform policy/processes
- Reporting requests from the business groups
- Control of individual lease car contracts (also regarding fuel management) and fiscality’s
**Global Mobility**
**Support**:
- Many contacts with other departments within DSM (such as line manager, employee, HR colleagues) as well as with various external suppliers (such as moving company, tax provider, relocation agency, embassies).
- Key contact with the regions to support global mobility activities
- (Internal) customer relation with expatriates, including (top) executives of DSM (officer and senior officer only)
- Technological challenges (re: product and process innovation)
Process, development and organization regarding International Assignments
- External developments regarding fiscal, legal and social security aspects world-wide
- Other relevant aspects: acquisitions, quality, environmental impact, complexity and risks, safety and health
- Safety situation in DSM countries
- Health insurance situation in DSM countries
