As a Learning Support Associate you shall drive the global delivery of services for DSM’s Learning Platforms, with a focus on the Bright Learning Platform (CrossKnowledge Learning Suite) and functionally responsible for the daily operational steering of the Bright Learning Platform that requires both global as well as regional activities.

Supports the GSC manager to continuously deliver the right quality of services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the internal team and external service provider and improve the services to achieve the HRSS objectives.

**Key**responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and deliver global and regional HRSS activities for the respective services assigned.
- Gather requirements from P&O stakeholders and translate them into actions/solutions
- Drive continuous improvements in operation procedures, data quality, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating the change requests for the services.
- Deliver service performance based on SLA with the internal team and external service providers
- Pro-actively collaborate with business stakeholders, HRSS teams and external service providers.
- First contact point for the P&O Business representatives in case of escalations.
- Ensure that the required level of expertise in the specific area is maintained.
- Ensure the global standard processes, tools and documentation are maintained and adhered to.
- Acts as the advisor to the business and P&O users on the Bright Learning Platform.
- Identifies and specifies the needs of the customer request and translates that into advice around how to best make use of the Bright Learning Platform (Learning Paths, Learning Toolkits, and Communities of Practice; including the associated available functionalities), or recommend other L&D solutions.
- Creates an excellent user experience in the designs of the Learning Paths, Learning Toolkits, and Communities of Practice, and supports the customer in setting up an implementation plan.
- Executes the maintenance of Bright Learning and Gallup system environments, including:

- Create Gallup Team/s for Clifton Strength assessment as per the agreed SLA.
- Maintaining the admin access /Trusted Source list
- Performing Clean up actions of the catalog
- Keeping up to date documentation/training material
- Maintaining user groups and publishers
- Providing KPI reports on usage to the COE
- Management and communication around downtime and system maintenance
- Manages releases and enhancements in the platform

Performs day-to-day vendor management. I.e., checking new developments in the tool

**You**bring**:

- Graduation and/or pos-graduation degree, preferably in HR.
- System knowledge level of Talent Suite
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Affinity with working on technology and hands on in use of excel and power point.
- Excellent communication skills can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus.
