Responsible for dealer contracting, daily invoice validation for in-hospital sales, customer master data maintenance, distributor inventory management incl. (Inventory Auditing & Reconciliation)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect outbound evidence from dealer and validate hospital sales from Salesforce system on a monthly basis; Handle inventory adjustment according to requests and update outbound record according to BU’s approval in salesforce system.
- Regular Communication with 3 platforms for daily sales reporting and inventory handling.
- Manage dealer (100+) KPI & Calculate rebate.
- Handle JDE customer master data maintenance and updating weekly.
- Administrative supporting for dealer contracting.
- Manage inventory auditing performed by vendor and Handle inventory reconciliation based on auditing results.

**Education and Experience**:

- H.S. Diploma or equivalent No experience Required.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Experience with invoice checking Preferred.

**Additional Skills**:

- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner.
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing as it relates to Channel Operations.
- Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing.
- Work with immediate colleagues, other departments, and supervisors in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams.
- Able to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
