A fast growing premium lifestyle electronics brand (D2C) focusing on the kids segment is looking to hire a Social Media Marketing Associate with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO and performace marketing strategy
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Test, collect, and analyse data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers’ likes and dislikes to maximise ROI from an SEO campaign
- Launching and managing performance marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. for various clients

*Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels

*Media planning for all campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid and search engine algorithms.
- Creating and optimizing website content, including blog posts, articles, and web pages, to ensure they are user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Analyzing website traffic data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase traffic and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify popular search terms and phrases that can be used to optimize website content.

Desired Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in managing D2C brands

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creatively inclined and social media savvy.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Twitter.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
