Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Associate

Supports the team by managing a company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Social Media handles: Posting & Management, increasing brand & Social Media Presence
  • Create Social Media calendar and keep the same updated
  • Content creation: Assist in developing and curating multimedia content, such as images, videos, and written posts, tailored for different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Content scheduling and publishing: Plan and schedule daily posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
  • Community management: Monitor social media channels by responding to comments and messages and engaging with followers to foster a positive and interactive online community
  • Performance monitoring: Track and report on social media metrics, such as follower growth and engagement rates, to help the team evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Trend research: Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant to the target audience
  • Campaign support: Create social media marketing campaigns and promotions by following the content calendar and assisting senior team members
  • Reporting: Assist in creating reports and dashboards that outline key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by managers and stakeholders
  • Any other work given by SVCL from time to time.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in marketing, communication or a related field is often preferred but a strong portfolio and passion for social media can also be a key.

Experience : 1 to 3 years
