Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Associate to manage our LinkedIn presence, create engaging content, and collaborate with our design team to bring ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands professional networking platforms, and thrives in a collaborative creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page, ensuring posts are relevant, engaging, and consistent with our brand voice.
  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content, including blogs, articles, and short-form posts.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing creatives that complement the written content.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and propose new ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in social media management or content writing.
  • Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking and marketing platform.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers and contribute creative ideas.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
