Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will manage and execute effective social media strategies, optimize engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be critical.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, AI tools
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
