We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Executive or Senior Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, she/he will be responsible for creating and executing a dynamic social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement and growth. A key player in our content creation process from ideation to final execution. A keen eye for visual trends and AI tools to enhance and streamline work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand's voice and business objectives. Create engaging, high quality content across various platforms.
  • Visual Direction & Execution: Plan, direct, and execute visually compelling content, including photos, videos, graphics and animations.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for tasks like content ideation, copywriting assistance and visual generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Communications or Marketing
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Experience in using AI tools for content creation and social media management is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
