Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute impactful social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) to build brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging and trend-driven content — posts, reels, videos, and campaigns — aligned with brand tone and objectives.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to boost reach, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, artist management, and events) to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, content formats, and emerging digital tools.

Public Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, entertainment journalists, and digital publications.
  • Conceptualize and execute PR campaigns to promote brand events, artists, and initiatives.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and feature stories.
  • Manage media coverage and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners for cross-promotional activities.
  • Handle crisis communication and ensure positive brand visibility.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    social media marketing, brand communication, or PR
    .
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and campaign ideation skills.
  • Experience in
    media relations, influencer collaborations, and event promotions
    .
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Background in the
    entertainment, events, or artist management
    industry preferred.
