Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our social media campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with influencers and third party alliances to achieve our marketing objectives. Responsibilities:  Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and aid bottom of the funnel.  Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.  Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.  Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.  Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics using tools and social media analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.  Craft out-of-the-box social campaigns that can go viral including but not limited to innovation, influencer marketing, content partnerships etc  Engage with online communities, platforms and influencers to build relationships, foster brand advocacy, and expand our reach.  Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their integration into our marketing efforts.  Collaborate with influencers and partners to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.  Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including deliverables, compensation, and performance metrics.  Manage agencies to craft compelling campaigns and regular content on all social platforms  Reporting on key metrics  Knowledge of Ai and Llama will be a plus
