We are a growing e-commerce startup that specializes in selling various products online, including sports, camping, and clothing, through our website, Amazon, and other international marketplaces. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products to customers around the globe. We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help us ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Job Purpose

The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of all orders from various channels, including our website and marketplaces like Amazon. This individual will also oversee order shipment, courier assignment, and delivery timelines while coordinating with internal teams for inventory management. They will also manage customer queries, conduct research on logistics solutions, and handle demand forecasting to ensure efficient inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities
- **Order Management**: Oversee the entire order lifecycle from various sales channels (website, Amazon, other marketplaces).
- **Shipment & Delivery**: Create shipments, assign couriers, and ensure timely deliveries as per marketplace timelines.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with the packaging and manufacturing teams to manage stock levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and inventory.
- **Logistics Optimization**: Research and implement cost-effective shipping solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Forecasting**: Analyze sales trends, predict future demand, and collaborate with inventory and manufacturing teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Research**: Conduct market and competitor research to improve operational strategies, logistics, and customer service.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all deliveries meet Amazon FBA and other marketplace requirements and standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, forecasting, or dispatch management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and warehouse selling practices.
- Strong coordination and leadership skills.
- A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik.
