**PPC Associate (E-Commerce) (Gurgaon)**
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Achieve/exceed SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of acquisition campaigns progress report to the team and clients
- Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results
- Develops account strategy and media plan based on client brief, Prioritize and manage retainer clients’ expectations
- Contribute to the client strategy, planning key campaign optimizations and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, Shopping campaigns, UAC, Video, Social etc for all the clients
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with client to ideate, plan and execute Brand Strategy & Vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell, working closely with the Account Managers
- Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
**Requirements**:
- Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
- Experience in Programmatic Advertising/DV360 is mandatory
- In-Depth Knowledge of Biddable media Digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat, Amazon, Flipkart, etc
- Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found with E-Commerce products. Ecommerce Platform Knowledge like Amazon, Flipkart, etc
- Paid marketing experience delivering a good ROAS is an absolute must
- A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail-oriented without losing track of the big picture
- Should have and previously demonstrated an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools
