Job Description Job Title: Amazon Ads Expert Location: Gurugram (On-site) Department: E-Commerce Marketing Experience Level: Associate Level Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a skilled Amazon Ads Expert to plan, manage, and grow advertising campaigns on Amazon - including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and other ad solutions. You should have a solid understanding of how Amazon Ads work, know how to analyze data, use the right keywords, and test different strategies to improve sales, ROAS, and overall brand visibility. Key Responsibilities 1. Create, run, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP campaigns. 2. Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and study market trends to find new growth opportunities. 3. Track and analyze key performance metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and make data-based improvements. 4. Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to get the best results and spend efficiently. 5. Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations. 6. Stay updated on Amazon Ads policies, tools, and algorithm changes. 7. Work with the marketing team to make sure ad goals match overall brand and business goals. Requirements 1. 25 years of hands-on experience running Amazon Ads. 2. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. 3. Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiar with tools like Looker Studio (a plus). 4. Experience using analytics and automation tools. 5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and act on complex data. 6. Good communication and presentation skills. 7. Amazon Ads or PPC certification is a plus. Preferred Skills 1. Experience in E-commerce marketing and product launches. 2. Knowledge of DSP retargeting and audience segmentation. 3. Basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization for Amazon listings.
