Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps and improvement areas. Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands (including Dr. Reddy's, Alkem Labs, Bajaj Housing FInance, ICICI Prudential AMC, DSP Mutual Fund, Bombay Stock Exchange, OPPO Phones, etc.). Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up to 60% reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of our platform. Customer Success Associate Job Responsibilities: Builds market position by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing busi ness relation-ships. Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with back-end teams/systems to ensure timely and accurate receipt of data.
- Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).
- Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion to safeguard the identified revenue base.
- Offerings value added propositions by means of upsell and cross sell across the offering.
- Ensure running of successful POC.
- Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with backend support teams. Requirement Ø 0-2 years (or plus) of experience in business development Ø Minimum requirement - graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA in Marketing or equivalent Ø Strong in client connection and client services Ø Ability to create comprehensive presentations to pitch to clients Ø Excellent interpersonal, good communication skills in English Ø Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure Ø A passion for Business development and a drive to succeed Other knowledge/skills Requisite Skills: Ø Sales Operations Ø Research skills Ø Presentation skills Ø Collaboration Ø Excellent Communication Skill Ø Good Analytical Skill Technical Ø Knowledge of Telecom Products & Services Ø Microsoft Office Functional Ø Sales Management Ø Do Research on new target client profiles Ø Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Behavioral Ø Dynamic, go-getter with a customer-centric approach Ø Superior presentation skills Location: Mumbai CTC
